| Resumo: | The present work has the purpose of verifying the inclusion of young people in the labor market and contributions to professional and social life. To establish the socioeconomic profile of the young people included in the apprentice program. Identify the implementation of the program by establishing the number of young people who, after completing the program, are able to enter the labor market. To verify the facilities and difficulties encountered in the execution of Law 10.097 / 2000. Analyze the effects on the young person's life, in cases where the opportunity to enter the labor market is given. It is undeniable that the Municipal, State and Federal governments have been increasingly concerned with creating public policies aimed at the improvement of these young people and a first opportunity in the labor market. Our youth long for various types of rights, such as leisure, culture, education and work, and it is this last right that I intend to discuss and show how to think about public policies for youth contribute to the improvement of society as a whole. |
| Descrição: | O presente trabalho tem a finalidade de verificar a inclusão do jovem no mercado de trabalho e as contribuições para a vida profissional e social. Estabelecer o perfil socioeconômico dos jovens inseridos no programa aprendiz. Identificar a efetuação do programa estabelecendo o número de jovens que após o término do programa conseguem se inserir no mercado de trabalho. Verificar as facilidades e dificuldades encontradas na execução da Lei 10.097/2000. Analisar os efeitos na vida do jovem, nos casos em que é dada a oportunidade de se inserir no mercado de trabalho. É inegável que os governos Municipal, Estadual e Federal vêm se preocupando crescentemente em criar políticas públicas que visem o aprimoramento desses jovens e uma primeira oportunidade no mercado de trabalho. A nossa juventude anseia por diversos tipos de direitos, como lazer, cultura, educação e trabalho, e, é esse último direito que pretendo discorrer acerca e mostrar como pensar em políticas públicas para a juventude contribuem para a melhora da sociedade como um todo. |
