Abstract

We live in an extremely complex and globalized environment, in all the senses in which we live, makes people relate through different social networks that are increasingly in our environment, and providing the coexistence between individuals, whether these coexistence personal and professional matters, among others. The mass applications of the respective technologies that currently exist in the professional environment evidently had a direct influence on the practice of the work relationship, remodeling the essential devices of the various means of productivity of the professionals in the environment in which they work. Establish a general concept in the work environment, in the professional relationship in the contract of employment, as well as the right of vigilance of the employer. The privacy will be approached considering social dynamics in which the subject is, that is, the privacy in the professional environment in the relation of employment and the aspects that surround it, such as: direct attributions of the employer, precepts and practices of both the parties, whether enterprise or employee.
