Abstract: This article conducts a comparative analysis of classification algorithms and natural
language processing (NLP) techniques for text mining on social network X (formerly
Twitter). The study aims to identify the most effective combination of classification
algorithm and NLP techniques, employing methods like Bag of Words, TF-IDF,
lemmatization, and stemming, in conjunction with Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes,
and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. Through rigorous methodology, the
research compares the efficacies of these techniques and algorithms, offering
practical insights applicable in various fields ranging from digital marketing to
sentiment analysis and public opinion research. The findings highlight the superiority
of the Logistic Regression model, particularly when combined with the Bag of Words
technique and lemmatization approach, proving to be a robust strategy for sentiment
classification in tweets across multiple languages.
Description: Este artigo apresenta uma análise comparativa de algoritmos de classificação e
técnicas de processamento de linguagem natural (PLN) aplicadas à mineração de
textos na rede social X (anteriormente conhecida como Twitter). A pesquisa foca em
identificar a combinação mais eficaz de algoritmo de classificação e técnicas de
PLN, utilizando métodos como Bag of Words, TF-IDF, lematização e stemização,
junto com algoritmos Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes e Support Vector Machine
(SVM). Através de uma metodologia rigorosa, o estudo compara as eficácias dessas
técnicas e algoritmos, fornecendo insights práticos aplicáveis em diversas
disciplinas, desde marketing digital até análise de sentimentos e opinião pública. Os

Abstract: With the evolution of hardware technologies, websites have become increasingly
complex and interactive, and today, in addition to text and images, it is possible to
integrate three-dimensional graphics into browsers. The aim of this project was to
compare various JavaScript language libraries designed to help develop 3D
applications in the web environment. For the analysis, a sample of three libraries was
taken through a careful selection process, namely Three.js, Babylon.js and Playcanvas.
For comparison, the quality of the documentation, functionalities present, memory size,
project development and computational performance were analyzed. In order to obtain data on the performance of each library, several benchmark tests were carried out by
rendering 3D scenes in various different scenarios. By obtaining the data, it was
possible to derive the best uses for each library
Description: Com a evolução das tecnologias de hardware, os websites têm se tornado cada vez
mais complexos e interativos, e hoje, além de textos e imagens, já é possível integrar
gráficos de três dimensões nos navegadores. O seguinte trabalho teve o objetivo de
realizar uma comparação entre diversas bibliotecas de linguagem JavaScript feitas
para auxiliarem o desenvolvimento de aplicações 3D no ambiente WEB. Para análise,
foi coletada uma amostra de três bibliotecas através de uma criteriosa seleção prévia,
sendo elas Three.js, Babylon.js e Playcanvas. Para a comparação, foram analisados a
qualidade da documentação, funcionalidades presentes, tamanho em memória,
desenvolvimento do projeto e desempenho computacional. A fim de obter dados sobre
o desempenho de cada biblioteca, diversos testes de benchmark foram realizados ao
renderizar cenas 3D em vários cenários diferentes. Ao obter os dados, foi possível

quanto ao tratamento de dados sensíveis, visto que a Lei Geral de Proteção de
Dados é uma norma que entrou em vigor recentemente, e diz respeito sobre a

Abstract: In this research, the impacts of technology are presented when implemented as a
tool to assist teachers. The study was conducted at the Professor Ilídio Alves de
Carvalho State School, allowing a thorough analysis of the data and obtaining
relevant information on the topic through the implementation of questionnaires to
identify issues, technological interventions to address the main identified problems,
and evaluation of the impacts that the interventions brought. By conducting specific
technological interventions for the environment, concrete examples are highlighted of
how the appropriate use of technological tools can be employed to improve the
learning environment and address identified issues, aiming for more effective
teaching and an enriching learning experience for students. This study also highlights
some barriers, noting points that require investment in infrastructure, and also
suggests that through the identified challenges, the creation of new tools, as well as
the improvement of tools for educational use, should be done in a more targeted
manner, thereby enhancing the quality of education in the country.
Description: Nesta pesquisa, são apresentados os impactos da tecnologia, quando implementada
como ferramenta de auxílio ao professor. O estudo foi realizado na Escola Estadual
Professor Ilídio Alves de Carvalho, permitindo uma análise criteriosa dos dados e a
obtenção de informações relevantes sobre o tema por meio da implementação de
questionários para levantamento dos problemas, intervenções tecnológicas para
abordar os principais problemas identificados, e avaliação dos impactos que as
intervenções trouxeram. Ao conduzir intervenções tecnológicas específicas para o
ambiente são destacados exemplos concretos de como o uso adequado de
ferramentas tecnológicas pode ser usado para melhorar o ambiente de aprendizado
e solucionar problemas identificados, visando um ensino mais eficaz e uma
experiência de aprendizado enriquecedora para os alunos. Esse estudo também
destaca algumas barreiras, podendo observar pontos que necessitam de
investimentos na infraestrutura e também para que através das dificuldades seja
identificada a criação de novas ferramentas, assim como o aprimoramento das
