The Reservation of the Possible refers to the idea that the state must respect budgetary limits and financial feasibility when implementing policies aimed at the realization of rights such as education, health, and social assistance. The debate surrounding the Reservation of the Possible also involves the judicial interpretation of fundamental rights, as courts may be called upon to decide on the implementation of rights in the face of claims of insufficient resources. Therefore, understanding this concept is essential for promoting a just society that seeks the dignity and well-being of all citizens. Thus, in order to verify the realization of the right to health and its possible conflict with the theory of the Reservation of the Possible will be the key point in the present study. The research adopts an exploratory methodology, grounded in a bibliographic review of master's dissertations addressing compliance practices and its pillars—prevention, detection, and correction—and how they can contribute to risk mitigation and the reduction of abusive practices in the workplace. It concludes that the effective implementation of compliance programs is essential for strengthening labor relations and creating an ethical and fair organizational culture. Despite legislative advances such as the Internet Civil Rights Framework and the General Data Protection Law, there are still gaps in holding parents accountable for digital omissions. The research uses studies by Patrícia Peck Pinheiro and data from "TIC Kids Online Brasil,", and the results highlight the need for parental monitoring to prevent negligence and ensure civil protection. The study concludes that parents have a legal duty to educate and protect their children in the digital environment, according to the Civil Code and the Child and Adolescent Statute.
