This study aims to analyze the impacts of nursing care for the elderly through telehealth and explore the relationship between the elderly and technology. It seeks to clarify the practice of nursing care in telehealth, analyze its application in elderly care, understand how the elderly relate to technology, and observe the impacts of virtual consultations on their health. The research is a literature review with integrative analysis, using a qualitative approach and inductive method. Works published between June 2019 and June 2024 were selected. The main descriptors used were: tele-nursing, telehealth, technology, and elderly. This study aims to provide a comprehensive view of the effectiveness and feasibility of telehealth as a nursing care modality for the elderly, evaluating their quality of life, satisfaction with care, and health outcomes. Description: A telessaúde é uma abordagem inovadora que permite o atendimento de saúde remoto, ultrapassando barreiras geográficas e facilitando o acesso a cuidados médicos, especialmente para idosos. Este estudo visa analisar os impactos da assistência de enfermagem à pessoa idosa via telessaúde e explorar a relação da terceira idade com as tecnologias. Busca também esclarecer a prática da assistência de enfermagem na telessaúde, bem como analisar sua aplicação na assistência aos idosos, e entender como essa população e relacionam com as tecnologias e observar os impactos das consultas virtuais na saúde. A pesquisa é uma revisão de literatura com análise integrativa, utilizando uma abordagem qualitativa e método indutivo. It can present various clinical manifestations and different stages - primary, secondary, latent and tertiary syphilis -. This work aims to estimate the prevalence of syphilis during pregnancy, in the municipality of Serra, in the state of Espírito Santo, describing the main actions of nurses in prenatal care for pregnant women with syphilis, and thus identifying the difficulties encountered by professionals in adhering to treatment by pregnant women and partners. This is an integrative literature review, for this, a bibliographic survey was carried out in the period from 2019 to 2024 available in the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and Virtual Health Library (VHL). 20 scientific articles were included for review. It can be concluded that there is difficulty for health professionals in diagnosing and establishing the treatment protocol and reinfection by the untreated sexual partner is identified as the core of the problem. Esse trabalho visa estimar a prevalência de sífilis na gestação, no município de Serra, no estado Espírito Santo, descrevendo as principais ações do Enfermeiro na atenção pré-natal a gestantes com sífilis, e assim, identificar as dificuldades encontradas pelos profissionais na adesão das gestantes e parceiros ao tratamento. There is a high prevalence of mental disorders identified in the prenatal period until the postpartum period that affect women's health. Motherhood is a construction with unique and challenging experiences for many women, therefore the presence of family support and a multidisciplinary team are very important throughout this process to ease and guide the trajectory. The objective of this work is to highlight in the literature the role of nurses in mental health care during pregnancy until the postpartum period, as well as verify/detect the main problems and risk factors related to the period from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Through the integrative literature review methodology, which is a type of study that brings together and discusses information already produced by other authors in a given area of study. The objective was to examine the effects of the repeal of Resolution 358/2009, in relation to the current resolution 736/2024, as well as to consult the bodies COFEN, CORENS, ABEN and the Nursing Union/ES, to obtain regulatory information. In addition to comparing and analyzing the theoretical foundations of these resolutions, and their limits for the actions of nurses and their team based on the proposed changes. This research is a documentary and qualitative study of official open source documents, which included sending emails to nursing bodies, requesting information about regulatory updates. The study highlights the importance of institutional support and training to ensure quality evidence-based nursing practice.
