Abstract

This work will address the police indictment and its implications for investigations and inquiries by the military corporation, among other things. A police investigation is a set of investigative actions, which provides for the conduct of a process based on determination, efficiency, speed, resolution, among others. Its importance is clear in all processes, and based on this information, another very important complaint action can be taken. This action is what makes the defendant know that at that moment, he becomes the main point of the investigation. The accusation is an act that requires great responsibility from the police, in its development, in which the defendant will be subjected to certain actions, and his constitutional rights will have limitations, such as not being found guilty before the final sentence, the right to leave the country, violation of privacy, among others, will be violated in some way. However, for a crime to be resolved quickly and effectively, there must be an investigation. Despite the consequences for the defendant, the accusation is a necessary procedure and, to prevent a person from suffering these consequences by being innocent, the accusation must be based on material evidence and facts. It is also necessary to respect the deadlines for completing the investigation, however, in some cases, the closure has a different deadline and must be considered. But all of this gives a person greater confidence in the responsibility, in the integrity of the person being commissioned when they encourage these very important actions to resolve the alleged violations.
