Abstract:
In the current scenario organizations already realize that concentrating human talent
has become a competitive advantage in the market, after all who makes the identity
of the organization are the people who work in it. In view of the above, this article
aims to verify if variable remuneration really is a motivational factor for employees.
The methodology used consists of bibliographic research, after the conclusion was
made a case study and the bank agency 0485-5 Vitória Centro, of Bradesco bank, located
in Espírito Santo, where a quantitative questionnaire with 12 questions was applied.
The main results can be stated that most are satisfied with the remuneration
that is practiced by the bank, but it is not unanimity.
