Abstract:
This article have how goal understand the importance leadership estrategic's to the process the management of the person's in the organizations, especialy, in what refer to engagement and developement professional. The search have character qualitative and was developed, inicially, by means revision bibliografic, with base in publications it about the topics that ground the investigation. A case study was then carried out in an organization that reproduces a problem situation capable of representing a typification of the research problem that originated the research. The data collect was based in the direct observation and semi-structured interviews. The data were organized and analyse in the light of the theoretic refer. The results showed that the leadership have direct influence in the organization developement and in the person's management and, therefore, should be to prepar to act estrategic in the sense to promote the share to the vision and organizations values and contribute to engagement persons in the perspective to reach results planned.
