Abstract:
People talk a lot about social inclusion, but with the idea of inserting deaf people into
the job market. But this does not really guarantee social inclusion, as this also depends on the way of communicating that is through sign language. For the
development of the study, a field survey was carried out, interviewing employees of
an organization that has been working for more than ten years in the market in the
sector where the company provides the benefit of the free pass in collective for
people with special needs. The company ID was not authorized, so let's call it RET
SOLUTIONS. The purpose of this article is to determine if employees are prepared to
serve clients with hearing impairment (deaf). It was identified that there is a lot of
insecurity in the attendance due to the lack of training and the employees are willing
to be able to acquire knowledge and develop skills to better perform their function.
