Abstract:
Describes the importance of teacher affectivity in the student's development in the school environment, which contributes to the teaching-learning process and shows that the teacher-student relationship is essential for a significant evolution not only as transmission of knowledge, but also affectivity and cognition are linked and influence student development, the success of this process lies in the reciprocity between them. It is fundamental the theory of some authors like: Wollon, Vygostsky and Piaget, in this way the learning becomes more engaging and attractive, making the result quite satisfactory. Numerous studies and experiments indicate that in elementary education so that students can achieve adequate development, it is important that there is practical interaction between teacher and student in educational institutions, thus ensuring successful human development in society at school and in the family
