dc.description	O campo possui uma realidade social diferente da existente na cidade, sendo assim, os conteúdos aplicados na escola do campo precisam ser condizentes com essa realidade, garantindo o direito de todos à educação. Buscamos neste artigo conhecer os desafios e possibilidades das práticas docentes da Educação Infantil em uma Escola do Campo. Organizamos nossos estudos a partir de Freire (1981), Arroyo (1999 e 2004), Leite (1999), Souza e Reis (2009) e Silva (2013) que tratam de temas relacionados a direitos humanos e educação do campo. Realizamos pesquisa qualitativa na EMEF Girassol3, localizada no município de Serra/ES, com entrevista e observações. Concluímos que na escola do campo docentes e discentes têm muitos desafios históricos, desde a adequação do calendário escolar até o transporte das crianças. No entanto, as possibilidades existem: escola com infraestrutura, material didático, docentes comprometidos e busca de formação continuada a fim de que as crianças pequenas tenham um ensino de qualidade.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The field has a social reality different from what exists in the city, so the content applied in the rural school must be consistent with this reality, guaranteeing the right of everyone to education. We seek in this article to know the challenges and possibilities of the teaching practices of Child Education in a School of the Field. We organize our studies from Freire (1981), Arroyo (1999 and 2004),Leite(1999), Souza and Reis (2009) and Silva (2013) dealing with issues related to human rights and rural education. EMEFGirassol, located in the municipality of Serra/ES, with interviews and observations. We conclude that in the school of the field teachers and students have many historical challenges, from the adaptation of the school calendar to the transportation of the children. However, the possibilities exist: school with infrastructure, didactic material, committed teachers and search for continuous training so that the young children have a quality education.
