dc.description	Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar na prática do dia-a-dia do professor e aluno quais os principais desafios e possibilidades quanto ao acesso da informática no contexto escolar. O problema investigado foi: Quais são os desafios e as possibilidades de trabalho, de professoras na educação no Ensino Fundamental l no uso das tecnologias digitais e computacionais, enquanto instrumentos mediadores do processo de ensino e aprendizagem? O percurso metodológico é de natureza qualitativa. Sustentando-se teoricamente em Trivinos (1987). Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram utilizados a observação e questionários aplicados a dez professores de uma escola Municipal de Serra. Realizou-se o diálogo teórico com Moran (2003); Tajra (1998) dentre outros. Os resultados apontaram que, em relação ao uso das tecnologias no contexto escolar, apesar das dificuldades encontradas, os participantes da pesquisa se mostraram como bons mediadores do conhecimento e aprendizagem na área tecnológica mesmo sem alguns conhecimentos nesta nova ferramenta didática, evidenciando assim que a tecnologia nas escolas são ferramentas necessárias ao processo de ensino aprendizagem dos alunos.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	This work aims to identify in the daily practice of the teacher and student the main challenges and possibilities regarding the access of information technology in the school context. The problem investigated was: What are the challenges and possibilities of work, of teachers in primary education? L the use of digital and computational technologies, as mediators of the teaching and learning process? methodological nature is qualitative in nature. Sustaining itself theoretically in Trivinos (1987). As instruments of data collection were used observation and questionnaires applied to ten teachers of a Municipal School of Serra. The theoretical dialogue was carried out with Moran (2003); Tajra (1998) among others. The results showed that, in relation to the use of the technologies in the school context, despite the difficulties encountered, the research participants showed themselves to be good mediators of knowledge and learning in the technological area even without some knowledge in this new didactic tool, thus showing that technology in schools are necessary tools to the process of teaching students' learning.	pt_BR
