dc.description	O tema desenvolvido neste trabalho foi o desenvolvimento sustentável e a expectativa de implantação no caso da empresa Tracomal Mineração S/A. As empresas vêm tentando adequar seus modos de produção com as ideias de sustentabilidade não apenas para transmitir uma boa imagem diante da sociedade, mas também com a finalidade de se tornarem diferenciadas dentro de um mercado tão competitivo. Diante disso, pretendeu-se como objetivo geral investigar a percepção de gestores e funcionários em relação à implantação de um sistema de gestão ambiental dentro de uma organização. Desta forma, se fez uma analise através da literatura que aborda o tema, de como as empresas podem ser sustentáveis em um mercado competitivo. Para tanto a metodologia que foi utilizada no presente trabalho e exploratória, optamos por uma pesquisa quantiqualitativa, onde a metodologia inicialmente utilizara o tratamento matemático, através de gráficos e respectivamente a análise qualitativa de cada um desses gráficos, cujas questões buscam alcançar os objetivos. Com os resultados foi possível observar de qual forma a gestão ambiental sustentável e vista pelos gestores e funcionários da empresa.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The present work shows about sustainable development and the deployment expecting at the company Tracomal Mineração S/A. The enterprises has been trying adapt the production way with the sustainable ideas, not just to shows a good image to the society, but also to became different in the competitive market. Therefore, it intended to investigate the employees perception regarding an implementations of a sustainable system management in an enterprise. In that way an analysis has been done through literature that addresses the issue about how companies can be sustainable in a competitive market. The methodology used in this study was the exploratory, we chose for a quantitative and qualitative research, in which the initially methodology will use the mathematical treatment, using graphs and respectively the qualitative analysis of each one, whose questions look for reach the objectives. The outcome gave us the possibility to observe the way the sustainable environmental management is seen by managers and employees in this company.	pt_BR
