Abstract:
Reflections reflect on the current scenario of Brazilian education. High dropout rates, children with great difficulties in reading and writing, lack of inclusion and a new BNCC that will "solve" these conflicts. It addresses the bias in which the private school child is successful in reading and writing in six years of study, and the public school has the obligation to present the same result. We will assess that this claim is not true, since the environment where the individual is inserted contributes (and much) to development.
