Abstract:
The article aims to demonstrate a difference, albeit superficially, between common homosexuals and individuals with Psychopathic Personality Disorder, as well as their identification and positioning procedures. To this end, the studies should be elaborated for its elaboration, aiming at the legal treatment given to the patients of psychopathology and with the purpose that such information is not systematic.
