dc.description.abstract	This article deals with the forms of assisted human reproduction, reports on the practice of self - insemination, which is growing in Brazil, and brings reflections on the legal responsibility of the semen donor towards the child. These reflections seek to understand the filial paternal relationship of the conceived child and the possibilities of legal conflicts caused by the omission of the Brazilian legislation referring to the topic addressed.	pt_BR
