dc.description.abstract	The present article has as a central objective the study of the security Measure. However, before we enter on the discussion of the institute, it is worth mentioning what would be the life imprisonment, and, if this institute is present in the national legislation. After this analysis, we set out to study the Extent of the security, based on: legislation; doctrine; jurisprudence.
