Abstract

The present paper aims to answer the following question: Does a beneficiary of free legal assistance really have the need to pay for the costs of succumbing? The article will address, through doctrinal and jurisprudential concepts, that a beneficiary of free legal assistance does not have to bear the payment of the surrender fees, provided that he has proved his hypothesis and has not received "credible credits to bear the expense ".
