dc.description.abstract	To meet the research, we ask: What are the reflections to society when there is neglect with the structure of public safety? In order to achieve the objectives of this project, the theoretical-dogmatic research will be used, considering that Doctrinarian and jurisprudential concepts are approached to equate the problem presented in an attempt to create a solution for the discase. In addition, a field research will be carried out in a public safety body in order to experience part of this structure to improve the article. The theme, "The consequences of negleing the structure of public safety". It will broadly bring about the structure of public security, such as its duties and obligations, at the same pace that it would readdress the light of the doctrine the concepts of security and its implications in the historical economic and social context, and what the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 says. , on competencies, and what are the results of negling such structures.	pt_BR
dc.description.sponsorship	Para atender a pesquisa, indaga-se: Quais os reflexos para a sociedade quando há a negligencia com a estrutura da segurança pública? A fim de se atingir os objetivos desse projeto utilizar-se-á a pesquisa teórico-dogmática, tendo em vista que serão abordados conceitos doutrinários e jurisprudenciais para equacionar o problema apresentado na tentativa de criar uma solução para o descaso. Ademais, será realizada uma pesquisa de campo em órgão de segurança pública com o intuito de vivenciar parte desta estrutura para aprimoramento do artigo. O tema, “As consequências de negligenciar a estrutura da segurança pública”. Trará de forma ampla a estrutura da segurança pública, tal qual seu deveres e obrigações, ao mesmo passo que retratará a luz da doutrina os conceitos de segurança e suas implicações no contexto histórico econômico e social, e o que diz a Constituição Brasileira de 1988, sobre competências, e quais são os resultados de negligenciar tais estruturas.	pt_BR
