Abstract:
The present paper aims to answer the following question: What are the consequences that the end of the compulsory union contribution brought by the labor reform will have on the relations between Unions and Associates? The article bringssuggestions to the criteria that can bring to the fore alternatives for the Unions to have their cost reestablished, besides identifying the existing doctrinal currents on the subject in question. Using legislation and bibliographies on the subject it is verified that the consequences of legal change with a focus on workers will lead to the weakening of trade unions and the need to strengthen these entities and finally suggest some changes so that the problem can be minimized.
