Abstract:
The present paper aims to answer the following question: What are the legal marketing strategies used by law firms? The article will be divided into 03 (three) chapters. The first one, titled "legal ethics", will address the ethical aspects and the OAB Code of Ethics and Discipline. The second chapter will identify the concept of marketing and its particularities. Finally, the final chapter will analyze the strategies used by law firms for effective marketing.
