dc.description	Pesquisa de caráter quanti qualitativo com objetivo de compreender a relação das aulas de Educação Física com a obesidade. Para sua realização foi utilizado o exame de índice de massa corpórea em cento e doze alunos do ensino médio, nas escolas estaduais do município de Serra, Espírito Santo. Após o resultado do exame já citado, os alunos classificados com sobrepeso e obesidade responderam a um questionário sobre a sua participação nas aulas de Educação Física e se ela é capaz de motivá-los a praticar alguma atividade física fora do ambiente escolar.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	Qualitative quantitative research aiming to understand the relation of Physical Education classes with obesity. For its accomplishment it was used the examination of body mass index in one hundred and twelve high school students, in the state schools of the municipality of Serra, Espírito Santo. After the result of the examination already mentioned, students classified as overweight and obese answered a questionnaire about their participation in Physical Education classes and whether they are able to motivate them to practice some physical activity outside the school environment.	pt_BR
