Abstract:
Early childhood education corresponds to an age group where children absorb most of the information from their experiences, and these learnings will accompany them throughout their lives. Physical education classes in children's education are developed through play, play activities and games, which aim to exercise their motor and cognitive ability. However, these activities commonly generate agitation, dispersion and fatigue in the children, receiving criticism from the regent teachers. The purpose of this study was to understand the correlation between the activities of "back to calm" and the performance of the children's students after the physical education classes. A field research was carried out in a Municipal Center for Early Childhood Education, with students from the Early Childhood Education group IV, with the insertion of activities back to school routine. The results of the analysis point to a significant reduction in the mean time of return to concentration, focus and attention on teaching activities, as well as the fact that students became less agitated, their voice lowered, and their attention improved..

A educação infantil corresponde a uma faixa etária em que as crianças absorvem a maior parte das informações de suas vivências, e esses aprendizados os acompanharão ao longo de suas vidas. As aulas de educação física na educação infantil se desenvolvem por meio de brincadeiras, atividades lúdicas e jogos, que visam exercitar sua capacidade motora e cognitiva. No entanto, essas atividades comumente geram agitação, dispersão e cansaço nas crianças, recebendo críticas dos professores regentes. Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a correlação entre as atividades de “volta à calma” e o rendimento dos alunos da educação infantil após a realização das aulas de educação física. Realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo em um Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil, com alunos da Educação Infantil do grupo IV, com inserção de atividades de volta à calma na rotina escolar. Os resultados da análise apontam para uma redução significativa no tempo médio de retorno à concentração, foco e atenção nas atividades docentes, bem como que os alunos ficaram menos agitados, o tom de voz baixou e a atenção melhorou.
