Abstract:
This article is a research carried out with teachers of Physical Education of Elementary School II of the teaching network of the municipality of Serra - ES, and whose objective is to understand the transformations occurring in the daily life of elementary school students through dance. Analyzing through the teacher's eyes the changes that dance brings to the life of the student within the school environment. The Dance is content of the discipline of Physical Education and is part of block III of National Curricular Parameter (PCN). Aiming to analyze if there is development of this content in practical classes of Physical Education, what the behavior of the students during the class and if there is a change in their behavior after the classes performed.

O presente artigo é uma pesquisa realizada com professores de Educação Física do Ensino Fundamental II da rede de Ensino do município da Serra – ES, e que possui o objetivo de compreender as transformações ocorridas no cotidiano dos alunos do Ensino Fundamental II através da dança. Analisando através do olhar do professor as mudanças que a dança trás para a vida do aluno dentro do ambiente escolar. A Dança é conteúdo da disciplina de Educação Física e faz parte do bloco III de Parâmetro Curricular Nacional (PCN). Visando analisar se há desenvolvimento deste conteúdo nas aulas práticas de Educação Física, qual o comportamento dos alunos durante a aula e se há mudança em seu comportamento após as aulas realizadas.
