dc.description	Descreve as contribuições do projeto GAHA na formação pessoal e esportiva de seus participantes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza estudo de caso. Os instrumentos de coleta utilizados na análise foram: as entrevistas semiestruturadas destinadas aos praticantes, ex-praticantes e ao criador do projeto e as observações e registros em diário de campo. Utiliza como embasamento teórico autores que discutem os diferentes contextos de atuação do esporte e a contribuição da educação física para os projetos sociais. Apresenta três categorias de análise: a motivação dos entrevistados participantes do projeto, a formação dos valores humanos e a formação esportiva. Sinaliza diferentes usos que os praticantes fazem se comparado aos objetivos do realizador do projeto e remete à produção de políticas públicas que valorizem a produção e a qualidade destes espaços formativos.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	Describes the contributions of the GAHA project in the personal and sports training of its participants. This is a qualitative research of nature case study. The collection instruments used in the analysis were: semi-structured interviews aimed at practitioners, ex-practitioners and the creator of the project and observations and records in field diaries. It uses as theoretical background authors who discuss the different contexts of the sport and the contribution of physical education to social projects. It presents three categories of analysis: the motivation of the interviewees participating in the project, the formation of human values and sports training. It indicates different uses that practitioners make when compared to the objectives of the project director and refers to the production of public policies that value the production and quality of these training spaces.	pt_BR
