dc.description	O objetivo desse trabalho é obter uma melhor compreensão sobre o tratamento dos jovens em conflito com a lei nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto- Juvenil (CAPSi). Nesse sentido, temos como foco de trabalho analisar o papel da família no acompanhamento desses jovens. Este trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo caracterizando-se numa pesquisa exploratória, com base em referências bibliográficas. Para tanto, foram utilizados dois estudos de caso: o primeiro referente à história de um adolescente que faz acompanhamento no CAPSi, mas sem o suporte da família. O segundo caso é de uma jovem que tem tanto o apoio da família como também de outras redes de apoio em seu acompanhamento no CAPSi. O intuito é obter uma compreensão da importância da família nesse processo, para aqueles adolescentes em conflito com a lei que decidem aderir ao tratamento nos CAPSi.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this study is to obtain a better understanding of the treatment of young people in conflict with the law in the Centers for Psychosocial Child and Adolescent Care (CAPSi). In this sense, we have as focus of work, to analyze the role of the family in the accompaniment of this young person. It is a qualitative research characterizing an exploratory research, based on bibliographical references. Two case studies were used, the first one referring to the history of a teenager who follows up on CAPSi, but without the support of the family. The second case is the young woman who has both the family's support and other support networks in her follow-up at CAPSi. Our intention is to gain an understanding of the importance of the family in this process for those adolescents in conflict with the law who decided to join the treatment in the CAPSi.	pt_BR
