A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DA PSICANÁLISE NA ESCUTA DO ADOLESCENTE EM CONFLITO COM A LEI

Abstract

This work aims to score the contributions of psychoanalysis in interventions with adolescents in conflict with the law. We realize that adolescence is a phase of change. The importance of conducting this research is mainly due to the problem of violence involving adolescents that are increasingly present in our daily lives, emphasizing the repetition of violent acts and offenses. In addition to the aggres-sors ' position, the adolescents carry a brand, the conception of the delinquent adolescent that arose in the age of the Code of minors, which after the ECA the adolescent became subject of rights and also of duties. The objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of the psychoanalytic psychologist's listening to the consultations offered to young people in conflict with the law. For this we did a descriptive analytical study, where we describe, explain and clarify the problem presented, through a bibliographical research through books and scientific arti-cles, to understand the contributions of psychoanalysis in Listening to the adoles-cent in conflict with the law and importance of the psychology professional in insti-tutions that attend this audience. We conducted a semi-structured interview with two psychologists who work in the IASES and serve the adolescents in conflict with the law, to understand how the psychoanalytic intervention is done in the in-stitution. Through psychoanalytic listening, adolescents have the possibility to question themselves about their actions, taking responsibility for them. The psy-choanalysis in listening to the adolescent in conflict with the law, contributes so that he is considered a subject of particularities, unique and with possibilities to be inserted in society with a new project of life.
