dc.description	O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a produção bibliográfica sobre as contribuições terapêuticas da terapia cognitivas comportamental nos casos de abuso sexual infantil. A partir dessa análise pretende-se verificar as contribuições da abordagem da Terapia Cognitivo Comportamental nos casos de abuso sexual infantil. O método constituiu-se em uma revisão bibliográfica de artigos relacionados ao abuso sexual infantil e a Terapia Cognitiva Comportamental, realizada a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa. Abuso sexual infantil como problema de saúde pública, Grupo terapia. Foram os temas encontrados na análise. Concluiu-se que o processo de grupo terapia dentro da Terapia Cognitiva Comportamental contribuiu significativamente para a reestruturação das crenças das pacientes, reações emocionais e comportamentos disfuncionais. O grupo nesse contexto mostrou-se como um elo a esses indivíduos, onde elas tiveram melhoras significativas em seus sintomas, além de obterem uma melhora em sua qualidade de vida.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study is to analyze the literature on the therapeutic contributions of cognitive behavioral therapy in cases of child sexual abuse. From this analysis we intend to verify the contributions of the Behavioral Cognitive Therapy approach in cases of child sexual abuse. The method consisted in a bibliographic review of articles related to child sexual abuse and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, based on qualitative research. Child sexual abuse as a public health problem, Group therapy. These were the themes found in the analysis. It was concluded that the group therapy process within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy contributed significantly to the restructuring of patients' beliefs, emotional reactions and dysfunctional behaviors. The group in this context proved to be a link to these individuals, where they had significant improvements in their symptoms, in addition to obtaining an improvement in their quality of life.	pt_BR
