Abstract:
The intersectoriality between health and education emerged as an assumption to
closely monitor the health conditions of schoolchildren, by family health teams. The
aim of this study was to analyze alpha points of the final considerations of scientific
articles that describe how intersectoral work has been carried out between family
health and elementary and high schools in different national realities. The method
used was the integrative review, where 10 scientific articles were analyzed, in a
timeframe from 2009 to 2019. Through exhaustive readings and with the aid of excel
software, two categories of analysis can be defined for discussion: I. Intersectoral
actions for the promotion of PSE and II. Actions developed by the ESF at PSE.
Conclusions were based on: intersectoral actions are advocated by decrees and
ordinances, created by the inter-ministry formed by the Ministry of Health and
Education; FHS teams are important PSE actors, performing activities in schools
often without the participation of educators and other members of school teams and
the community, which does not favor the intersectorality of actions; Although there
are already some ordinances for the standardization of the PSE, there are still many
loose points, such as the non-financial participation of the two ministries in all stages
of the program, as well as the non-participation of school teams in all phases of
implementation, which need to be addressed. adjusted so that intersectorality
actually happens, not only at the highest levels, but also at the primary and
community levels.
Description:
PSE e II.
