dc.description	O presente artigo desenvolve um estudo sobre o tema “Ambiente midiático do século XXI, frente ao direito à privacidade: uma abordagem sobre a intimidade a honra e a imagem’’, que procurou analisar a garantia de proteção do acusado estabelecida da constituição de 88 ao qual o direito a intimidade a honra e a imagem são invioláveis, versus o direito de liberdade de impressa ,e a influência dos meios de comunicação em casos de grande comoção na sociedadee as consequências na vida das vítimas, sobre a formação de opinião da sociedade com relação aos casos penais de grande repercussão nacional e seu papel fundamental para o resultado da sentença. A partir das questões apresentadas, discute-se, a seguir, os principais conceitos de mídia e o direito de imagem, de modo a construir uma base teórica para a discussão do tema ao longo deste estudo.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	This paper develops a study on the theme “21st Century Media Environment, Facing the Right to Privacy: An Approach to the Intimacy of Honor and Image”, which sought to analyze the guarantee of protection of the established accused of the 88th Constitution. what the right to privacy, honor and image are inviolable, versus the right to freedom of print, and the influence of the media in cases of great commotion in society and the consequences in the lives of victims, on the formation of society's opinion regarding criminal cases of great national repercussion and their fundamental role in the outcome of the sentence. Based on the questions presented, the main concepts of media and image rights are discussed below, in order to build a theoretical basis for the discussion of the theme throughout this study.	pt_BR
