Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the changes brought by Law nº 13.467/2017, also
known as Labor Reform, under the aspect of constitutional hermeneutics and the
fundamental right of access to justice, given that created and modified provisions of
the Consolidation of Labor Laws related to free justice, thus hindering access to justice
by hyposufficient workers.

A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as mudanças trazidas pela Lei nº
13.467, de 13 de junho de 2017, também conhecida como Reforma Trabalhista, sob
o aspecto da hermenêutica constitucional e do direito fundamental de acesso à justiça, tendo em vista que a referida lei criou e modificou dispositivos da Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas relacionados a justiça gratuita, dificultado, dessa forma, o acesso à justiça pelos trabalhadores hipossuficientes.
