dc.description	A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as mudanças trazidas pela Lei nº 13.467, de 13 de junho de 2017, também conhecida como Reforma Trabalhista, sob o aspecto da hermenêutica constitucional e do direito fundamental de acesso à justiça, tendo em vista que a referida lei criou e modificou dispositivos da Consolidação das Leis Trabalhistas relacionados a justiça gratuita, dificultado, dessa forma, o acesso à justiça pelos trabalhadores hipossuficientes.	pt_BR
