dc.description	A adolescência é uma das fases que ocorre a inserção da cultura e a inclusão social, e a internet é um dos meios que chega ao adolescente a socialização destas culturas e onde eles conhecem pessoas novas e novas artes e identidades étnicas. O artigo busca descrever como a internet vêm crescendo cada vez mais, na qual a comunicação passou a ser mais acessível virtualmente, podendo diminuir o contato pessoal para um modo mais virtual. O intuito deste trabalho é verificar se realmente há consequências com uso excessivo da internet e principalmente das redes sociais na qual alguns usuários forçam sua realidade tentando mostrar uma realidade distorcida. Esse artigo tem como foco os adolescentes, analisando de qual maneira eles são afetados com o montante de informações que conseguem acessar durante o dia, com os padrões que são impostos, ainda mais nessa fase que é de seu autoconhecimento em que começam a ter autonomia sobre seu corpo e mente. Todos os indivíduos são de alguma maneira afetados pela tecnologia e o presente trabalho apresenta os efeitos desta nas pessoas que estão na fase da adolescência.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	Adolescence is one of the phases in which the insertion of culture and social inclusion takes place, and the internet is one of the means that reaches the adolescent to socialize these cultures and where they meet new people and new arts and ethnic identities. The article seeks to describe how the internet has been growing more and more, in which communication has become virtually more accessible, which may reduce personal contact in a more virtual way. When virtual contact is prioritized more, there may be a decrease in the feeling of affection, which can lead to physical and psychological consequences regarding overuse. The aim of this work is to verify if there are really consequences with excessive use of the internet and mainly of social networks in which some users mask their reality trying to show a distorted reality. This article focuses on adolescents, analyzing how they are affected with the amount of information they can access during the day, with the standards that are imposed, especially in this phase of their self-knowledge in which they begin to have autonomy over your body and mind. All individuals are affected in some way by technology and the present work presents its effects on people who are in their adolescence phase	pt_BR
