dc.description	O presente trabalho tem objetivo de discutir sobre o projeto de lei que incluiu do feminicídio no crime de homicídio. O feminicídio é o homicídio de mulheres tendo como razão ou motivo apenas o gênero da vítima, isto é, a vítima ser mulher. Para tanto, realiza pesquisas de artigos e livros que tratam sobre o assunto, sendo favoráveis ou não em relação a criação da Lei nº 13.104/2015, e analisa-se o crescente fenômeno da violência de gênero, em que as vítimas são mulheres, em sua maioria, devido ao conceito patriarcal em que as mulheres são inferiorizadas e subordinadas à figura masculina. Em seguida, relata as diversas conquistas de igualdade e direito em relação ao sexo masculino, até a aprovação do projeto de Lei nº 292/2013, posteriormente a aprovação da Lei nº 13.104/2015 que incluiu o feminicídio ao Código Penal Brasileiro, e sobre seus reflexos na efetiva luta contra a violência empregada contra as mulheres.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The present work deals with feminicide and the bill that included the murder of women, based on the fact that the victim is a woman on the gender issue. To that end, it carries out researches on articles and books that deal with the subject, being favorable or not in relation to the creation of Law 13.104 / 2015, and analyzes the growing phenomenon of gender violence, in which the victims are womans, mostly due to the patriarchal concept in which the women are inferiorized and subordinated to the male figure. It then reports on the various achievements of equality and right in relation to men, until the approval of Bill No. 292/2013, after the approval of Law 13.104 / 2015, which included feminicide in the Brazilian Penal Code, and its the effective fight against violence against women.	pt_BR
