| dc.description | O instituto juiz das garantias trouxe consigo uma série de modificações no tocante ao Processo Penal Brasileiro. Tal proposta causou conflito entre as autoridades no que diz respeito à reação e adaptação do sistema Judiciário diante de tais mudanças. O presente estudo tem por escopo analisar as alterações incluídas pela Lei 13.964/2019 e como a inserção da figura do juiz das garantias irá impactar atualmente o Ordenamento Jurídico, confrontando, através de uma pesquisa exploratória, os argumentos levantados pelas ADIns e a aplicabilidade do instituto, levando em conta o contexto econômico e estrutural do Judiciário em que encontra-se o país. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The institute judging guarantees brought with it a series of changes with regard to the Brazilian Criminal Procedure. This proposal caused conflict between the authorities regarding the reaction and adaptation of the judicial system in the face of changes. The scope of this study is to analyze the changes included by Law 13.964/2019 and how the inclusion of the judge of guarantees will currently impact the Legal System, confronting, through an exploratory research, the arguments raised by the ADIns and the applicability of the institute , taking into account the economic and judicial context in which the country finds itself. | pt_BR |
