Abstract:
This work aims to present the improvements of the construction process in
residential, commercial, hotel and industrial buildings, using the prefabrication
techniques of precast concrete components. The origin of the construction system
with precast components, the manufacturing and application processes of these, as
well as their benefits in terms of labor and materials will be mentioned.

Este trabalho versa apresentar as benfeitorias do processo construtivo em edifica-
ções habitacionais, comerciais, hoteleiras e industriais, utilizando as técnicas de
pré-fabricação de componentes pré-moldados de concreto. Será mencionada a origem do sistema de construções com componentes pré-moldados, os processos de
fabricação e aplicação destes, bem como seus benefícios nos quesitos de mão-deobra e materiais.
