O CONTROLE DA QUALIDADE COMO INSTRUMENTO DE GESTÃO E MAJORAÇÃO DA OPERAÇÃO INDUSTRIAL

Abstract

The advent of new technologies and the accelerated development of new tools in this regard triggers in the most diverse segments the need to implement technological innovations, with special focus on maximizing quality and, consequently, on the results obtained. One of the circumstances with the greatest capacity to influence the result of the industrial operation is quality control, through which managers can expand their oversight power over the steps that make up the production process, minimizing losses and failures, reducing the expenditure of resources and labor, as well as significantly raising the quality of the products brought to the market, results that directly correlate with its position in the segment, correlating with competitiveness. Therefore, the present study is divided into two stages, combining a literature review with a case study, through qualitative and descriptive research, with a theoretical reference survey correlated with the purpose of disserting on aspects concerning the Control of Quality and its relevance to industrial operations, followed by a specific analysis of its implementation and possible consequences for the specific case.
