SINDROME DE BURNOUT: IMPLICAÇÕES EM PROFISSIONAIS NA AREA DA ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

The present work aims to show the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the nursing professional, which impacts are being caused to this professional due to poor working conditions, overload, stressful work routines, low pay, among others. The Burnout Syndrome is increasingly being comprehensive, affecting not only nurses and nursing technicians, but also other professionals in the most diverse professional areas, with difficulties in dealing with pressures and other various stressors and irritability, making the professional reduce your performance at work making you dissatisfied. Thus, taking into account the need for work, the role of the psychologist in the environment where these professionals are inserted is extremely important so that there is a partnership and easy access for nurses to talk about what they are experiencing. The methodology adopted to carry out this work was qualitative and quantitative bibliographic research, using means such as articles, magazines and percentages for data bases and reliable information for the formation of this work. This study reports on the need for understanding and treatment for the Syndrome which is growing every year, especially in the field of nursing which is the Burnout Syndrome. However, with the Covid-19 Pandemic it affected the area even more intensely, as the responsibility for the life of the other in the midst of the unknown is upon you. Amid the growth of Burnout Syndrome among Nursing Professionals, we understand the importance of the role of the Psychologist to apply means for the individual and collective confrontation of this professional, to positively impact in a non-working environment and in their daily life, having a good being physical and mental.
