Abstract:
This article encourages the discussion about 'What are the contributions that
dance offers? forwhom and in what way ?’ and for this an exploratory research was
carried out in the field, with an investigative characterusing the structured interview.
Students from the Ls sportacademy participated in the research, expressing their
point of view on what contributions dance classes offer to each individual through
data collection in the field. The objective of this work is to deal with the contribution
of dance in the lives of individuals, focusing on those who are between 25 and 35
years old, also talking about motor control and the benefits that come from it, based
on the premise that dance is a physical activity and can bring numerous benefits,
bringing various contents on the subject to add to the points addressed.

O presente artigo fomenta a discussão sobre ‘Quais são as contribuições
que a dança oferece?Para quem e de que forma?’ epara isso foi realizada uma
pesquisa exploratória em campo, com caráter investigativo, utilizando a entrevista
estruturada. Alunos da academia Ls sportparticiparam da pesquisa, expressando
seu ponto de vista sobre quais as contribuições que as aulas de dança oferecem
para cada indivíduo através da coleta de dados em campo. O objetivo deste
trabalho é tratar sobre a contribuição da dança na vida dos indivíduos, com foco
para os que possuem de 25 a 35 anos de idade, falando também sobre o controle
motor e os benefícios advindos, partindoda premissa de que a dança é uma
atividade física e pode trazer inúmeros benefícios, trazendo diversos conteúdos
sobre o tema para agregar aos pontos abordados.
