dc.description	A tragédia ocorrida em 27 de janeiro de 2013, dentro da Boate Kiss, em Santa Maria – RS culminou na morte de 242 pessoas, foi veiculado por inúmeros canais de comunicação, até mesmo mundialmente. Dessa forma, esta pesquisa buscou analisar o posicionamento da mídia em casos de grande comoção e sua influência na sociedade. Bem como a banalização dos princípios constitucionais, os princípios que compõem o júri, o julgamento, condenação e a anulação do julgamento da tragédia ocorrida em Santa Maria.	pt_BR
