dc.description	O presente trabalho que trata da “Gravidez na adolescência” foi identificado durante o Estágio Supervisionado em Serviço Social no município de Vermelho Novo (MG), sobre o papel do Assistente Social perante essa demanda e a relevância de se desenvolver ações de prevenção e orientação dentro da Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS). A pesquisa que subsidia a construção do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objetivo geral, promover uma ação de prevenção e orientação em saúde com adolescentes atendidas na Unidade de Saúde, que possa contribuir com a informação e o conhecimento do tema da gravidez na adolescência das jovens, e que mostra todo o trabalho e trajeto caminhado para que as adolescentes recebam cada qual em seu caso, a melhor assistência na Unidade possível durante todo o processo de gestação. Como objetivo específico pretendeu-se: analisar o fenômeno da gravidez precoce, suas determinantes e impactos na saúde, educação e convivência social; contextualizar o Programa de Saúde, com seus objetivos e diretrizes, assim como as ações implementadas pelo SUS e o Sistema do Município, analisar todo o processo social em saúde e educação com adolescentes na Unidade de Saúde de Vermelho Novo, com familiares e/ou responsáveis. Onde os resultados nos mostra que a gravidez precoce pode trazer algumas consequências á vida dessas jovens, o que nos leva a concluir, portanto, que essa idade precisa de uma atenção especial e de propostas que visem á redução do numero de adolescentes gestantes.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The present work that deals with “Teenage Pregnancy” was identified during the Supervised Internship in Social Service in the municipality of Vermelho Novo (MG), on the role of the Social Worker in the face of this demand and the relevance of developing prevention and guidance actions within of the Basic Health Unit (UBS). The research that supports the construction of the Course Completion Work has the general objective of promoting prevention and health guidance action with adolescents attended at the Health Unit, which can contribute to information and knowledge on the topic of teenage pregnancy in young people, and which shows all the work and journey taken so that the teenagers receive, each in their own case, the best possible assistance in the Unit throughout the entire pregnancy process. The specific objective was to: analyze the phenomenon of early pregnancy, its determinants and impacts on health, education and social coexistence; contextualize the Health Program, with its objectives and guidelines, as well as the actions implemented by the SUS and the Municipal System, analyze the entire social process in health and education with adolescents at the Vermelho Novo Health Unit, with family members and/or guardians . The results show us that early pregnancy can have some consequences on the lives of these young women, which leads us to conclude, therefore, that this age needs special attention and proposals aimed at reducing the number of pregnant teenagers.	pt_BR
