Abstract

Remote work has become present in the routine of countless people all over the world, and after the pandemic period, it has become even more used. At first, because it was a sudden change, and because several companies had no direct contact with technology, it caused a turbulent period and difficult adaptation for them. After passing the moment of uneasiness and companies adapting to the new reality, most of them did not respond to their face-to-face activities, adopting the home office method. Even if the company does not have its services completely remote, at some point employees or managers need to use tools to facilitate the development of tasks. Working with geographically distributed teams is increasingly common, bringing together professionals from different sectors, origins and countries, facilitating the execution of recurring tasks through technological tools.
