Abstract:
The general objective of this article is to discuss how the implementation of the
constitutional right of access to justice found alternatives through extrajudicial
services, for this purpose all legislation on notary activity in force was analyzed,
from existing codes of standards, as well as possible provisions.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral discutir de que maneira a efetivação
do direito constitucional de acesso a justiça encontrou alternativas através das
serventias extrajudiciais, para tanto se analisou toda a legislação sobre a
atividade cartorial em vigor, desde os códigos de normas existentes, bem como
eventuais provimentos.
