dc.description	O presente estudo pretende aprofundar a compreensão da importância da holding familiar e de ferramentas estratégicas, como o protocolo familiar, na gestão e sucessão de empresas familiares. Ao analisar a interrelação entre essas ferramentas e os regimes de casamento, a pesquisa busca identificar como a estrutura societária e a governança familiar podem contribuir para a perenidade dos negócios familiares. A partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, os resultados demonstram que a criação de uma holding familiar, em conjunto com a elaboração de um protocolo familiar, permite um planejamento mais eficiente, protegendo o patrimônio familiar e prevenindo conflitos entre os membros da família. A pesquisa evidencia, ainda, que a escolha do regime de casamento exerce influência significativa na estrutura da holding e na dinâmica familiar. Os resultados obtidos apontam para a necessidade de uma abordagem integrada e multidisciplinar, que contemple aspectos jurídicos, econômicos e familiares, para garantir a longevidade e o sucesso das empresas familiares.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	This paper aims to deepen the understanding of the importance of family holdings and strategic tools, such as the family protocol, in the management and succession of family businesses. By analysing the interrelationship between these tools and marriage regimes, the research seeks to identify how corporate structure and family governance can contribute to the longevity of family businesses. Based on a bibliographic review, the results show that the creation of a family holding company, together with the development of a family protocol, allows for more efficient succession planning, the protection of family assets and the prevention of conflicts between family members. The research also shows that the choice of marriage regime has a significant impact on the holding structure and family dynamics. The findings suggest the need for an integrated and multidisciplinary approach, including legal, economic and family aspects, to ensure the longevity and success of family businesses.	pt_BR
