By adopting advanced technological systems, accounting firms can optimize their operations, making them more efficient, accurate, and competitive. The objective is to identify how the enhanced use of technology can promote the growth of accounting firms and highlight how reliance on manual processes can be the primary obstacle to this potential. The methodology includes exploratory research based on a detailed literature review and data collection through questionnaires administered to professionals in the field. The findings indicate that the incorporation of technology not only increases operational efficiency but also contributes to cost reduction and error minimization—crucial aspects in an increasingly competitive environment. The conclusion emphasizes that technological adaptation is not only a competitive advantage but also a vital necessity for the survival and continuous growth of accounting firms.
