Abstract:
This research aims to discuss and analyze the mission of the United Nations
as a whole and its effectiveness in producing peace and maintaining it in the long
term. However, the central theme will be the Israeli-Palestinian war, so, through this
work, we seek to understand the delicate topic in question. The article is based on
bibliographical research, with studies of doctrines of international law and its
illustrious authors with important themes in the matter. Thus, a detailed study of the
history and origin of the Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, to understand the sensitive topic.
Exploring how the United Nations invests in maintaining and promoting peace and
what methods are appropriate for peaceful solutions. And adjunct, in which Brazil and
its international law, fits into the conflicting issues.

A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir e analisar como um todo a
missão das Nações unidas e na sua eficácia para produção da paz e a sua
manutenção a longo prazo. Contudo, o tema central será na guerra Israelo-palestino,
para então, buscando por meio deste trabalho compreender o tópico delicado em
questão. O artigo se baseia-se em pesquisas bibliográficas, com estudos de
doutrinas do direito internacional e seus ilustres autores com temas importantes da
matéria. Dessarte, um estudo minucioso a respeito da história e origem dos conflitos
Israelo-palestino, para entendimento da temática sensível. Explorando como as
Nações Unidas se investe para a manutenção e promoção da paz e quais os
métodos adequados de soluções pacificas. E adjunto, no qual o Brasil e o direito
internacional do mesmo, se encaixa nas questões conflitantes.
