dc.description.abstract	The paper aims to answer the following question: With the acceptance of the possibility of poliafetivas unions or polyamor, how will the sharing of assets and rights be carried out in case of dissolution or death of one of the partners? Where the lack of regulation in the legal system and by the lecturers about this new family entity. With the historical evolution of the family, in this sense, will be approached at the beginning to understand and understand the norm, in which Family Law has undergone several changes. From this event, will be demonstrated the principles that guide the legal order regarding the poly-union with the possibility of recognition of thisrelationship or not. Soon after, the forms of conjugal relations in our legal system will be exposed, with a focus on the poly-union, especially in the dissolution or death of one of the partners in this relationship, and the sharing of assets and the death pension.	pt_BR
dc.description.sponsorship	O presente trabalho visa responder ao seguinte questionamento: Com aceitação da possibilidade das uniões poliafetivas ou poliamor, como será realizada a partilha de bens e direitos no caso de dissolução ou falecimento de um dos parceiros? Onde a falta de regulamentação no ordenamento jurídico e pelos doutrinadores a respeito dessa nova entidade familiar. Com a evolução histórica da família, nesse sentido, será abordado no inicio para entendimento e compreensão da norma, na qual o Direito de Família vem sofrendo varias mudanças. A partir desse acontecimento, serão demonstrados os princípios que norteiam o ordenamento jurídico a respeito da união poliafetiva com a possibilidade do reconhecimento ou não dessa relação. Logo após será exposto as formas de relações conjugais em nosso ordenamento jurídico, com o foco na união poliafetiva em especial na dissolução ou o falecimento de um dos parceiros dessa relação, e como fica a partilha de bens e a pensão por morte.	pt_BR
