Abstract:
O trabalho a ser a apresentado tem o objetivo principal de trabalhar a
condição de compartilhamento de residências, conceito de coliving, que surgiu no
final dos anos 1960, na Dinamarca. Como regime de habitação comunitária, as
moradias mantêm-se privadas, porém os espaços de convivência e algumas
atividades comuns a todos são compartilhados, objetivando estimular o
relacionamento entre vizinhos. As bases do coliving guardam aproximação dos
ideais de reaproveitamento e consumo consciente, criando semelhança à cultura
de economia colaborativa, uma tendência mundial que valoriza aspectos
sustentáveis. A justificativa para o objeto de estudo teve embasamento na
divulgação sobre o crescimento mundial da população idosa que, segundo dados
da Organização Mundial da Saúde, tal público deverá atingir o patamar de uma em
cada cinco pessoas por volta de 2050. Dessa forma, a atenção à longevidade tornase
um norteador para várias atividades em sociedade. Considerando que a
dedicação da família aos membros mais idosos é por vezes um contratempo difícil
de ser administrado, o formato de vida em comunidade pode se apresentar como
um qualificador pontual de relacionamentos. Entre os municípios no Brasil com
mais de 500 mil habitantes, Juiz de Fora é o terceiro com maior concentração de
idosos em sua população, estimulando a definição do tema de pesquisa. A presente
investigação visa entender a relação de compartilhamento de espaços, a condição
de favorecimento aos seus usuários, bem como as possibilidades sociais e
econômicas que moradias compartilhadas possam vir a ofertar, reunindo em um
projeto na cidade de Juiz de Fora as técnicas e conceitos que estejam coniventes
com habitats que priorizem a vida coletiva, considerando a possibilidade
intergeracional de moradia para idosos e estudantes.
