Abstract:
This research aimed to assess the degree of customer satisfaction in seeking the
service of the supermarket located in Serra, state of Espirito Santo, with the purpose
of understanding and serving the consumer, so that he feels confidence in the products
and services that the company. company is bidding at the same. And with this same
commitment, we seek to identify what motivates the customer to make purchases in
this establishment, as well as, what it deems important, regarding the structure,
services provided, general customer service to the customer, product varieties, costs
and benefits of the supermarket, and thus seeking to understand this information
directly from the customer, so that we have data in order to obtain improvements and
continue to ensure quality and satisfaction for the best customer service.

A presente pesquisa apresentou como objetivo identificar o grau de satisfação dos
clientes em buscar o serviço do Supermercados Noroeste LTDA localizado na Serra,
estado do Espírito Santo, com o propósito de entender e atender o consumidor, para
que ele sinta confiança nos produtos e nos serviços que a empresa está ofertando ao
mesmo. E com esse mesmo empenho, buscamos do cliente identificar o que o motiva
a realizar as compras nesse estabelecimento, bem como, o que julga importante,
referente à estrutura, serviços prestados, atendimento em geral dos funcionários para
com o cliente, variedades dos produtos, custos e benefícios do supermercado, e assim
buscando entender essas informações de forma direta do cliente, para que tenhamos
dados, a fim de obter melhorias e continuar zelando pela qualidade e satisfação para
o melhor atendimento ao cliente.
