Abstract:
O trabalho Análise Geoambiental do bairro Ipiranga município de Teófilo Otoni – MG:
proposta de utilização de geotecnologias para a avaliação do sistema de drenagem
urbana, foi um trabalho desenvolvido pelo esforço de outras pesquisas realizadas no
decorrer do curso, compilando as informações e conhecimentos para a elaboração
de um tema que está em evolução no país, tendo em vista a necessidade de avaliar
o sistema de drenagem urbana do bairro, está estreitamente ligada a questão
socioambiental ao passo que a determinação da qualidade do serviço de drenagem
afeta não somente a sociedade mas como um impacto ao meio ambiente, a
determinação da eficiência do sistema de drenagem urbana pode ser percebida por
meio de, inundações, trazendo um risco aos moradores em decorrência do
transporte de materiais como lixo, lama e resíduos contaminantes, o trabalho teve
como objetivo a utilização de geotecnologias para avaliar o espaço físico do bairro
em
ênfase
nos
bueiros
do
bairro,
utilizando
como
metodologias
meios
geotecnológicos como, o GPS modelo Etrex 30, modelos de mapas contendo curvas
de nível, mapas de identificação de pluviometria do estado de Minas Gerais,
delimitação do bairro pelo programa Google Earth e o manuseio de vistas de
1:50.000 de mapas de setores urbanos do IBGE pelo programa TrackMacker, as
identificações dos bueiros geraram resultados como, 101 bueiros no total sendo que,
28 em mau estado de funcionamento devido os mesmos possuírem obstrução em
suas aberturas contendo lixo, materiais oriundos de construções, areias que
compactaram as aberturas, plantas e obstruções que os próprios moradores
realizaram com o intuito de sanar o problema do mau cheiro exalado próximo a sua
casa, o trabalho concluiu que as geotecnologias podem ser uma ferramenta para
análise no sistema de drenagem urbana com menos custos e resultados mais
rápidos para serem analisados.
